Being a Nurse at Altınçatı;

I have been working at Nevia Oran Care Home and Elderly Care Center for about 18 months. It has been a work experience filled with very different emotions for me. The fact that my patients, whose love I feel so deeply, see me as their own child, and that I cannot tell them apart from my own family, is an indication of how attached I have become to this job. In this institution, where I learn new things and new emotions every day, there are many things I have applied to my own life. There are times when I can truly feel the concept of conscience, and experience the stages of happiness while struggling against time. Even a small smile can change people's moods and remain as a beautiful memory in their lives. It's essentially about being happy with small things. My profession is one that challenges me not only while working but also when I'm not working. Thinking about and feeling their health condition. I am proud of this. Hearing and feeling the prayers and gratitude of my patients makes all the tiredness worth it.

Hello, I am Buket Ertürk and I have been working as a Nurse at Altınçatı Gordion Elderly Care Center for 4 years. Having worked here for a long time, a family atmosphere has been created, and we make our elderly residents feel this warmth as well. When I started, I didn't have much experience in Geriatric Nursing. The knowledge and experience this place has given me is enormous. Working as a team with unity, solidarity, mutual help, and tolerance has greatly contributed to my long tenure here. There are so many more things I cannot put into words. I understand the importance of working happily in a work environment much better while working here. For this reason, I am grateful to our managers, my colleagues, and our elderly residents.
