Job Description
- Providing personal care for our residents (bathing, shaving, assistance to the toilet and so on),
- Supporting them while eating,
- Assisting them with dressing,
- Keeping rooms orderly and hygienic,
- Changing bed positions at regular intervals,
- Working in coordination with the health team and the social workers.
Qualifications
- Graduate of the Elderly and Patient Care / Disabled and Patient Care associate degree programmes, or of the Patient and Elderly Services / Health Technician / Disabled and Patient Care branches of vocational high schools,
- Or holding a ‘Patient and Elderly Care’ certificate,
- Experienced in elderly care, or willing to learn the field.
Working Conditions
- Full-time,
- Working pattern: shift system, 24/48 (three shifts per week) or daytime 09:00 – 18:00,
- Salary + Gift card (the gift card amount increases every six months) + Social security + Meals.
